أكد المتحدث باسم الحكومة باسم العوادي، اليوم الجمعة، أن الحكومة الاتحادية نفذت التزاماتها المالية كاملة تجاه إقليم كردستان، مبينا ان الأخيرة لم تسلم الإيرادات النفطية وغير النفطية كما أوجب قانون الموازنة الاتحادية.
العوادي قال : إن “الحكومة الاتحادية نفذت التزاماتها المالية كاملةً تجاه إقليم كردستان، وبذلت جهوداً كبيرة لتقديم الحلول”، لافتاً الى أنه “لغاية نهاية شهر حزيران بلغت الأموال في ذمة الإقليم أكثر من ثلاثة أضعاف حصة الإقليم، حسب الإنفاق الفعلي للدولة، في حين لم تسلم حكومة الإقليم الإيرادات النفطية وغير النفطية كما أوجب تسليمها قانون الموازنة الاتحادية”.
وأضاف أنه “بالرغم من عدم التزام حكومة الإقليم أخذت الحكومة الاتحادية قراراً بعدم تحميل المواطنين العراقيين في الإقليم جريرة عدم الالتزام، وعملنا بما يسمح به القانون باتخاذ قرار في مجلس الوزراء بإقراض الإقليم لحين حسم مشاكله المالية أصولياً”.
وشدد العوادي على أن “الحكومة الاتحادية حريصة على حقوق المواطنين في إقليم كردستان كحرصها على حقوق المواطنين في سائر المحافظات، وإنّ الالتزام بالقوانين الفيدرالية والاتفاقات المبرمة، في ظل الدستور، أقصر طريق لاستكمال التحويلات المالية وتعزيز الثقة”.
