منوهاً للتناقض الذي وقعت فيه الخارجية بمخالفتها قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم ٢٤٥ لسنة ٢٠١٩ القاضي بمنح سمة الدخول للمستثمرين ورجال الاعمال والتجار مباشرة داخل المطارات والمنافذ العراقية. .
مشيرا في تصريحه الى اعمام الخارجية المرقم بالعدد ١٤٨١٢ (مرفق) والذي تضمن الإشارة إلى احتمال إصدار اعمام لاحق لتنظيم عملية منح السمات، على ان يستمر منح سمات الدخول حصرياً عن طريق مكتب التدقيق الأمني . .
ومبدياً شكوكه بقدرات هذا المكتب الصغير المؤلف من بضعة اشخاص، ومتسائلاً في الوقت نفسه عن القدرات الخارقة لها المكتب في التعامل مع ١١٠ بعثة دبلوماسية عراقية منتشرة حول العالم ؟. .
