حفيدتي الموقوفه في مكتب مكافحة اجرام قضاء العزيزية جنوب بغداد تم إيقافها في المكتب المذكور على ذمة
قضية هي ليست طرفا فيها، وتم تدوين أقوالها من ضابط تحقيق مسائي بعد أن دخلوا عليها وعصبوا عينيها وبدأ الضابط يتلو عليها تهما عدة لاعلاقة لها بها وقاموا بتهديدها وضربها وانهم سوف يعذبونها عن طريق الصعق بالكهرباء ونزع أظفارها وإن عليها ان توقع على اقوال واعترافات باطلة اضطرت التوقيع عليها ثم فكوا عينيها وعرضوا لها مقطع فيلم لإمرأة في وضع غير أخلاقي دون إظهار وجهها وأجبروها ان توقع على إعتراف إنها هي من في المقطع الفديوي ورفضت وقالت لهم لست انا وممكن ان تحضروا سيدة لتطابق المقطع مع جسدي لكنهم اصروا على ان تعترف واخذوها في منتصف الليل الى قاضي الخفر وعند دخولها على قاضي التحقيق الخفر لتدوين افادتها قالت: هذه ليست اقوالي وهم اجبروني على التوقيع بالقوة والخوف والضرب وأقسمت له بالقران الكريم فأجابها القاضي اسكتي اسكتي انت لا تعرفين القران …. وقد تم إجراء فحص طبي أثبت إنها لم يمسسها رجل طوال المدة الماضية !!!!!
علما ان حفيدتي ليست مذكورة في الدعوى لكنها اصبحت ضحية وسوف يضيع مستقبلها بإدعاءات باطلة علما إنها منفصلة عن زوجها المتهم بعد أشهر من زواجها وهي حامل منه وبقيت عند أهلها لأكثر من عامين ولاعلم لها بمايقوم به وقد إنفصلت عنه بقرار من المحكمة حتى فوجئت بأنه متهم بجريمة إبتزاز وقد ورد إسمها بصفتها زوجته وهي مطلقة منه.
إنها ظلامة وصلت الى السماء عند القاضي الأول ونعلم أنكم لاتقبلون بالظلم وغايتكم العدل والإنصاف وهي ماتزال شابة وأم لطفل وتعيش مع أهلها وماتزال في سن ال 17 عاما لأنها تزوجت في سن ال 14 عاما
