تستمر عمليات الضبط التي تنفذها هيأة المنافذ الحدودية بجهودها الرقابية والتدقيقية لكافة السلع والبضائع الواردة للتصدي لعمليات الغش والتهريب ومنع مرور أي مواد غير صالحة للاستهلاك البشري، حيث تمكنت مديرية منفذ ميناء أم قصر الشمالي ومن خلال الاعتماد على مصادرها الخاصة من ضبط ثلاث حاويات تحتوي (مستلزمات طبية، مواد غذائية منتهية الصلاحية) جميع المواد مخالفة لشروط وضوابط الاستيراد حيث تجاوزت المدة القانونية المسموحة على بقائها في الميناء دون مراجعة أصحاب العلاقة .
تم تشكيل لجنة بالتنسيق مع الدوائر العاملة وتنظيم محضر ضبط أصولي وإحالة المواد إلى القضاء لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين.
