واكد السيد المحافظ خلال كلمته ، بأن محافظة كربلاء المقدسة أنجزت ما مطلوب منها على مختلف المستويات ، ومستعدون لتنفيذ أي برنامج وانطلاق المرحلة الثانية للمشاريع في عموم مناطق المحافظة .
واضاف الى،ان محافظة كربلاء المقدسة مستعدة للتعاون التام في سبيل انجاح التعداد السكاني كونه يعد وسيلة مهمة لانصاف المحافظات العراقية ومنها كربلاء المقدسة لمعرفة عدد سكانها وفق اليات حكومية وقانونية.
