عبّر النائب (كاظم فنجان الحمامي) عن شكره وامتنانه لشركة أسد بابل على مبادرتها الوطنية التي تمثلت اليوم باستعدادها لبناء معملاً حديثاً لإنتاج مادة النورة الحيّة (هايدروكسيد الكالسيوم) ليصبح ثاني معمل من هذا النوع في عموم العراق. .
منوهاً ان المعمل الجديد لن يكلف الدولة فلساً واحداً، فالأرض والمحركات والمعدات والتصاميم والتكاليف الاخرى ستتحملها وحدها شركة أسد بابل، ويتعين على وزير الصناعة إبداء موافقته بهامش مختزل يحمل العبارة التالية:-

هكذا وبكل بساطة، وبجرة قلم، يصبح لدينا مصنعاً كبيراً يعمل فيه مئات العاطلين عن العمل، ويوفر مادة النورة الحيّة بطاقة ٤٠٠ طناً باليوم، بما لا يقل عن ١٢٠٠٠٠ طناً كل عام. ويمتلك القدرة على تجهيز معامل الثرمستون ومعامل الأصباغ بما تحتاجه من مواد اولية. .
مشيرا الى ان المعمل الجديد سيعمل بتقنيات سويسرية وبرامج أوربية، وسيمنح العراق القدرة على التصدير والتوفير بدلا من الاستيراد الرديء بالعملة الصعبة. .
وناشد (الحمامي) المجلس الاقتصادي العراقي للاسراع بتأييد هذه المبادرة ومباركتها، وتشجيع القطاع العراقي الخاص في الإسهام بحركة البناء والاعمار والنهوض، وتسريع عجلة الإنتاج الوطني. .
وأكد (الحمامي) في ختام تصريحه على وجوب استثمار وزارة الصناعة لهذه المبادرات الوطنية التي لا ترهق ميزانية الدولة، ولا تكلفها شيئاً. .
