طارق حرب المحامي الأديب الذي رحل دون أن يودعنا بل لعله ترك لنا إرثاً من الإبتسامات والضحكات والحكايات الرائعة بروحه المرحة الطيبة المتسامحة . أتذكر إن إحدى القنوات الفضائية بثت مقطعاً فديوياً لي وأنا أتحدث بطريقته في القانون والمواد الدستورية وكنت أقلده في حركاته وسكناته وكان يضحك ويقول ساخرا : هذا فراس الحمداني واحد ( ملوت ) ويقهقه بطريقته الجميلة التي تثير الإعجاب في كثير من الأحيان . وكان الجمهور يحب منه تعليقاته في السياسة والأدب والتراث والدين والقانون الذي كان بارعاً فيه إلى الحد الذي لا يعجز معه عن الإجابة على أية أسئلة مهما كانت صعبة ومعقدة ولديه تصورات ورؤية واضحة وصريحة للأحداث والتطورات التي يشهدها العراق والعالم من حوله . لي مع الصديق الراحل طارق حرب مواقف وذكريات وشاركنا سوية في ندوات ومؤتمرات وكانت له مداخلات ثرة ورائعة ومغنية للحاضرين والذين يتابعون ذلك من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة التي ساهمت في نقل المعلومات وكانت قريبة من الناس وما يريدون معرفته . وكان طارق حرب يتجول في الأسواق وفي المكتبات والنوادي الثقافية والمعرفية ويحضر في أمكنة متعددة ولا يتردد في الحوار وكان صديقاً للجميع ويحبه الجميع وعندما كان يختلف مع مناظريه كان ينهي الحوار بإبتسامة وكلمات طيبة . وكان سريعاً في الإجابة على أية أسئلة تطرح عليه وهو قريب من المحامين كما هو قريب من الفنانين والصحفيين ورجال السياسة والوزراء والنواب والضباط والجنود وأرباب الأعمال والتجار والمواطنين العاديين الذين يتحدثون له عن معاناتهم وهمومهم اليومية وكان يقدم لهم النصائح والمشورة والكلمات الطيبة التي تبقى في ذاكرتهم ولا ينسونها أبداً لأنها تعد معرفة وحكمة وثقافة يحتاجون لها في حياتهم . رحل طارق حرب دون أن يخبرنا بموعد الرحيل وتركنا في حزن شديد وألم لا ينقطع أبداً لأنه إنسان إستثنائي غير محدود المعارف وكان متجدداً يومياً وتكتشف إن لديه المزيد من الأفكار والمعلومات التي لا تنقطع وتتحول إلى معارف جديدة يحتاجها الناس ويتوقون إليها وتنفعهم في حياتهم اليومية . وقد تحدثت إليه عشرات المرات في أمور مختلفة وكنا نذهب سوية إلى لقاءات وندوات وكذلك شاركنا في مهرجانات وكان يزورنا في نقابة الصحفيين العراقيين ويتحدث معنا في شؤون الصحافة والإعلام والأدب . فرحمك الله يا أبا زياد حيث كنت نعم الأخ والصديق وسوف نلقاك قريباً في جوار الله حيث جميعنا سنرحل كما رحل من كان قبلنا من الأهل والأحبة .
