برعاية النائب الاول لرئيس مجلس النواب السيد محسن المندلاوي، اقام معهد التطوير النيابي في مجلس النواب بالتعاون مع مؤسسة نابو للدراسات الاستراتيجية و الاستدامة اليوم الثلاثاء 12/12/2023 ورشة عمل عن التنظيم والقيادة في المؤسسات التعليمية بحضور عدد من الأكاديميين واساتذة جامعات وممثلون عن عدد من منظمات المجتمع المدني.
وفي كلمته خلال ورشة العمل التي اقيمت على قاعة الشبيبي في مبنى المجلس رحب السيد سعد فياض مدير عام معهد التطوير النيابي بالحاضرين ومشاركتهم في الورشة التي تحمل اهمية كبيرة ، معبرا عن ثقته بان التعاون بين الجامعات العراقية ومجلس النواب سيعزز العمل البرلماني في الجوانب التشريعية والرقابية من خلال البحوث والدراسات العلمية والانسانية التي تقدمها الجامعات لصانع القرار في مجلس النواب.
واضاف السيد فياض بان المبادئ والقيم التي يستند عليها مجلس النواب تعتمد على مبدا كونه متاح للجميع وابوابه مفتوحة للجميع منوها الى ان الورشة المقامة تصب في هذا الاتجاه ، معربا عن تطلعه لتنظيم المزيد من النشاطات بين مجلس النواب والجامعات العراقية خلال العام القادم وفقا لخطته الاستراتيجية لعام 2024.
بعدها قدم المحاضر الدكتور علي جابر التدريسي في مركز البحوث التربوية والنفسية بجامعة بغداد عرضا عن الانماط القيادية المؤثرة للمدرس الجامعي متحدثا عن اهمية القيادة وانماط القيادة والنمط المتساهل الفوضوي والفرق بين القائد والمدير واسباب الحاجة الى مدراء او قادة وتوفير اجواء بيئية مناسبة للعمل اضافة الى الادوات التي يمكن استخدامها والعمليات في العمل القيادي في المؤسسات التعليمية وتفعيل دور المرشد التربوي والبيئة الجاذبة للطالب.
وركزت المحاضرة الثانية للدكتور سعد عبد المجيد التدريسي في كلية الزراعة بجامعة كركوك على تحديات القيادة في المؤسسات التعليمية ، مشيرا الى الانماط القيادية المؤثرة للمدرس الجامعي وافضل الممارسات القيادية في المؤسسات التعليمة والتحديات القيادية فيها.
من جهتها قدمت المحاضرة الدكتورة رواء حمدي التدريسية في كلية التربية للبنات في جامعة بغداد محاضرة عن اهمية القيادة في المؤسسات التعليمية ومحاورها اضافة الى اهداف القيادة واهمية الادارة وطبيعة الادارة فضلا عن تقديم نماذج وامثلة عن الادارة الناجحة والقيادة المهمة. وشهدت الورشة تفاعلا كبيرا من المشاركين وتبادلا لوجهات النظر بشان محاور الورشة عن اهمية التنظيم القيادي في المؤسسات التعليمية واقامة ورش تخصصية تخرج بمخرجات تخدم مسيرة التعليم والتاسيس على اقامة ورش اخرى للتطوير والتنظيم والقيادة الصحيحة فضلا عن اهمية التركيز على بناء انسان ضمن البيئة التعليمية وتشريع ادخال مادة الاخلاقيات والقيم الانسانية لانتاج جيل من القادة في مختلف مفاصل الحياة اضافة الى الاهتمام بواقع المكتبات الجامعية للاستفادة منها في تطوير المهارات اللازمة في المؤسسات التعليمية..
