أكد زيدان خلف مستشار رئيس مجلس الوزراء لحقوق الإنسان، اليوم الثلاثاء، مضي الحكومة الاتحادية في تطبيق اتفاقها المبرم مع حكومة إقليم كوردستان لتطبيع الأوضاع في قضاء سنجار المتنازع عليه بين اربيل وبغداد.
وتطرق زيدان خلال استضافته في ندوة على هامش ملتقى “ميري” للعام 2023 المنعقد في مدينة أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان إلى أعداد الناجيات الإيزيديات من قبضة داعش المشمولات بالمرتبات المخصصة لهن.
وقال : اليوم عدد الناجيات الايزيديات ممن يتسلمن الرواتب وصل أكثر من 1141 ناجية، و في الاسبوعين الماضيين كانت هناك خطة لتوزيع الأراضي عليهن.
وأردف بالقول “لدينا اكثر من 3 آلاف أسرة في سنجار تم شمولها في موضوع الإعانة الاجتماعية، وشمول اكثر من 3 آلاف اسرة نازحة بمنحة العودة، وغيرها من الخدمات الأخرى”.
وأضاف أن “هناك عودة للنازحين الى سنجار ومناطق سهل نينوى”، مشيرا إلى أن الوضع الأمني مستقر في محافظة نينوى”.
كما نوه زيدان إلى أنه في المرحلة المقبلة لدينا مشاريع سننجزها في نينوى، مؤكدا أن رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني يولي اهمية خاصة بالمحافظة.
واستطرد بالقول: نحن سائرون مع ممثل حكومة اقليم كوردستان ريبر أحمد في تطبيق اتفاق سنجار في المرحلة المقبلة.
يذكر أن بغداد وأربيل كانتا قد توصلتا في 9 تشرين الأول 2020، إلى اتفاق لتطبيع الأوضاع في سنجار ينص على إدارة القضاء من النواحي الإدارية والأمنية والخدمية بشكل مشترك الإ أن هذه الاتفاقية لم تدخل حيز التنفيذ بشكل فعلي لغاية الآن لأسباب سياسية، وفقا لمسؤولين في إقليم كوردستان.
