وأكد رئيس الهيئة الوطنية، خلال ترؤسه إجتماعا ضم الملاك المتقدم ومديري الأقسام في الهيئة، أن المجلس الوزاري للإقتصاد وافق على توصيات اللجنة المعنية الإستمرار بإنجار العقد مع شركة هانوا الكورية لتنفيذ الوحدات السكنية كافة في مجمع بسماية.
وأضاف مكية، أن موافقة المجلس الوزاري للإقتصاد تضمنت أن تقوم الهيئة الوطنية للإستثمار بتحديد مصادر تمويل المشروع الداخلية والخارجية أصوليا، مبينا أن مشروع مدينة بسماية السكني يعد من المشاريع الواعدة التي ستشهد انطلاقة جديدة لتنفيذ باقي الوحدات السكنية وبيعها للمواطنين العراقيين.
وتابع، أن الهيئة تضع تنفيذ البرنامج الحكومي ومعالجة أزمة السكن في أعلى أولوياتها ضمن تنفيذ مشاريعها المجازة، مبينا ضرورة استكمال إجراءات تحديد مصادر التمويل الداخلية والخارجية للمشروع والبدء بإنشاء الوحدات السكنية والبنى التحتية وتقديم أفضل الخدمات.
