واشارت الى ان “العامل الثالث هو الذهاب نحو تعزيز ثقافة استخدام منظومات الطاقة الشمسية لتوليد الكهرباء وزيادة القروض بدون فوائد لجميع الشعب العراقي لشراء تلك المنظومات التي تساهم بتوفير طاقة كهربائية وتقليل نسب التلوث البيئي”.
