خبير سياسي: الفتح يدعي وجود ضغوطات على القضاء لانه قد يتعارض مع مصالحهم

ادعى تحالف الفتح، بوجود ضغوطات على القضاء العراقي بمسالة محاكمة نائب رئيس الوزراء الأسبق رافع العيساوي.
ويرى المحلل السياسي مجاهد الطائي في حديث لـه :إن “قوى تحالف الفتح يتحفظون على اعادة محاكمة رافع العيساوي، بحجة حصولهم على معلومات مؤكدة عن ضغط سياسي يتعرض له القضاء بهذا الشأن”.
وأضاف ان “الفتح يدعون بأن القضاء مستقل، وهم يتدخلون فيه لصالحهم، وعندما يميل القضاء إلى الانصاف والعدالة؛ يقولون انه يتعرض لضغوط”.
