بداية موفقة للحكومة العراقية الجديدة بالتوكل على الله المستعان ، لصيد عتاوي الفساد السمان ، لكن العبرة بالخواتيم وما ستؤول عليه الأمور ، وفي الامتحان يُكرم الشعب المسؤول أو يهان ، كما حصل مع جوقة الكاظمي الصبيان ، عندما جمع الواشي والفتان ، ليُضيع بوصلة الامن والأمان ، وقبل فوات الأوان ، تدخل الإرادة الغيبية ليعاد النصاب ويرجع الإطمئنان ، ويندحر أعوان الامريكان ، وتسقط مؤامرة الخسة والخذلان .
قطعا سيواجه رئيس الوزراء محمد شياع ، قواعد فساد مترسخة بحماية قطيع الواوية والضباع ، وعتاة الفاسدين السباع ، وطرق التحايل بكل الأنواع ، في غابة مليئة بالاشواك المحلية والادغال الدولية من لاحسي الثريد وماسحي القصاع ..
ومع تفاؤل مصحوب بالحذر يتابع العراقيون عمل الكابينة الوزارية الجديدة ، وإستثمار التأييد الشعبي الكبير للعبور بالعملية السياسية الى ضفة الأستقرار ، وإبعاد البلاد والعباد عن ويلات الفتنة والانشطار ، والتحفظ على نوايا الطمع لبعض السياسيين على طاولة توزيع الحقائب الملغومة بالمصائب ، (كَلمن يحوش النار لكرصته) .
فيما تمنى المكَاريد منحهم حقيبة وزارة النفط لتكون حصتهم من الكابينة الوزارية الجديدة وهم الفئة الأكبر من الشعب وفقا لمبدأ (النفط ملك الشعب) وهو حقهم الدستوري ، لتكون الحكومة كاملة الشرعية بمشاركة أفراد الشعب الصابر(التحاصص) وأخذ نصيبهم وإنتشالهم من الحسرات و(التلاصص).. وضمان إشتراك أعداد كبيرة من المكَاريد الكسبة.. (عمال البناء والبسطيات والاعمال الحرة) بالحكومة الجديدة لتأمين معيشتهم بظل كساد إقتصادي وغلاء معيشي فاحش ، وحتما سيكونون حريصين على ثروات البلد بعد حملة الفرهود المنظم للأحزاب والتيارات السياسية .. ويقينا سيتمكون من تشكيل لجان شعبية لردم المستنقعات والطسات وإكساء الشوارع ، وبناء المدارس ، وتشغيل المعامل والمصانع ، والقضاء على البطالة ، وتوزيع سلة غذائية معتبرة ، مقابل أن تأخذ الأحزاب الحاكمة جميع الوزارات الأخرى .
