من جهته بين السيد حسين طالب مدير عام شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية ان المحطات المحددة اخذت بعين الاعتبار توزيعها الجغرافي على العاصمة بغداد، مشيرا الى ان خدمة الدفع المسبق تمت بالتعاون مع البنك المركزي العراقي وتم تدريب الملاكات النفطية على استخدامها مؤكدا انها جزء من مشروع كبير لاعتماد التكنلوجيا الحديثة في تقديم الخدمات.
