القضاء العراقي يصدر حكما بالاعدام بحق ثلاثة مدانين باغتصاب وقتل طفل بـ”وحشية”

كشف مصدر قضائي، اليوم الأربعاء، بإصدار محكمة استئناف كركوك حكما بالاعدام بحق ثلاثة مدانين باغتصاب وقتل طفل بطريقة وحشية.
وقال المصدر ، إن المحكمة أصدرت حكم الإعدام بحق ثلاثة مدانين الذين القي القُبض عليهم بتهمة اغتصاب (أيوب أحمدي) البالغ من العمر ثماني سنوات وقتله بوحشية.
وأضاف أن الحكم صدر موجب المادة 406 من قانون العقوبات العراقي.
وكان هؤلاء المدانين الثلاثة نفذوا جريمتهم قبل خمسة أشهر في حي تسعين بمدينة كركوك.
