اكد النائب عن محافظة البصرة، ضرغام المالكي، اليوم الاربعاء، ان العمل جاري على اعداد خطة تنظم عمل ابناء المحافظة.
وقال المالكي ، إنه “سيكون هنالك عملا خالصا على تفرقة الاوراق واعداد خطة متكاملة لانصاف ابناء البصرة وتوفير العمل لهم سواء في الموانئ او الحقول النفطية او الشركات العاملة وشركات الاعمار والبنى التحتية والاستفادة من القطاع المختلط”.
واضاف، أنه “للاسف الشديد تأتي الشركات الاجنبية الى المحافظة مع كادرها وعملها بشكل كامل، وهذا ادى الى ان تكون هنالك تخمة من العمالة الاجنبية على المحافظة وبالتالي تشكل عبء كبير على المحافظة”.
واشار الى أن “البصرة تعاني من البطالة لانه لا توجد خطة او برنامج يعمل على تقسيم العمالة والواجبات بصورة صحيحة من دون خلط الاوراق”، مبيناً أنه “سنعمل على على اعداد خطة متكاملة لتوفير العمل لابناء المحافظة”.
