اكدت اللجنة المالية النيابية، استحالة توقف رواتب الموظفين في العام المقبل حتى في حال عدم التصويت على الموازنة، موضحا ان هناك الكثير من الخيارات بالإمكان اللجوء اليها لتمشية أمور البلد وصرف الرواتب.
وقال عضو اللجنة جمال كوجر ، ان “العام المقبل لن يشهد أي انقطاع في رواتب الموظفين ومن المستحيل ان يتم الذهاب باتجاه ايقافها، حيث بالإمكان ان تصرف وفق نظام 1 على 12 او بالإمكان التصويت على الموازنة”.
وأضاف ان “عدم إقرار الموازنة يقود الحكومة الى الصرف وفق النظام المذكور، او هناك إمكانية للذهاب باتجاه الخيارات المالية الأخرى كتشريع قانون شبيه بالامن الغذائي من اجل صرف الأموال وعدم إيقاف عجلة البلد”.
وبين ان “إقرار القوانين المتعلقة بالامور المالية يحتاج الى عودة مجلس النواب من جديد واستئناف جلساته من اجل التصويت على أي قانون فيه جنبة مالية من اجل تمشية الأمور في حال عدم التصويت على الموازنة”.
