قام النائب يحيى احمد فرج العيثاوي مع حمايته واقربائه يوم امس الاول بالاعتداء وضرب اكثر من ١٧ شخصا من ضباط ومنتسبين ومدنيين من المواطنين وتم اخذ موظفي البلدية والاليات رهائن لديه بسبب قيام البلدية بأزالة التجاوزات على قطع اراضي الضباط التي تم الاستيلاء عليها من قبل النائب حيث قام بتقطيعها وتحويلها الى مجمع يبيع بأراضيه بعيدا عن محاسبة القانون ،
حيث اثناء ازالة التجاوزات اخذ ومن معه باإطلاق النار على من كان مكلف بواجب الازالة وقام ايضا بسحب اسلحة الضباط والموبايلات والاعتداء بالضرب على امر فوج القوة الماسكة ..
