أعلنت دائرة التحقيقات في هيئة النزاهة اليوم السبت، صدور أمر استقدامٍ جديدٍ بحق قائممقام قضاء سامراء في محافظة صلاح الدين سابقاً.
وذكرت الدائرة في بيان ؛ أن محكمة تحقيق صلاح الدين المُختصَّة بنظر قضايا النزاهة قامت بإصدار أمر استقدامٍ بحقِّ قائممقام قضاء سامراء سابقاً؛ على خلفيَّة قيامه بسحب صكٍّ خاصٍّ بأمانات مشروع تجهيز سيَّاراتٍ لمُديريَّـة شرطة صلاح الدين في عام 2013.
وأضافت إنَّ المحكمة أصدرت أمر الاستقدام بناءً على أحكام المادَّة (316) من قانون العقوبات رقم (111 لسنة 1969) المُعدَّل.
من الجدير بالذكر أنَّ الهيئة أعلنت خلال المُدَّة المُنصرمة عن صدور ثلاثة أوامر استقدام بحقِّ المُتَّهم في قضايا اختلاس رواتب مُوظَّفين وارتكاب مُخالفاتٍ في صرف صكوكٍ.
