أعلنت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم الثلاثاء، القبض على عصابة سطو مسلح في العاصمة بغداد.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان ، إن “مفارز مديرية مكافحة اجرام بغداد/ مكتب مكافحة اجرام باب الشيخ تمكنت من القبض على عصابة سطو مسلح قام افرادها الثلاثة بالسطو على دار تعود لأحد المواطنين وسرقة مبلغ (15 مليون دينار عراقي مع مصوغات ذهبية) تحت تهديد السلاح”.
وبينت المديرية أنه “تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم اصوليا وتوقيفهم وفق احكام المادة 442 من قانون العقوبات”.
