أشادت النائبة عالية نصيف بتضمين الموازنة المالية فقرة تنص على إلغاء قرار مجلس الوزراء المتعلق بمنع استيراد السيارات ذات الضرر البسيط ومن بينها (الوارد الأمريكي والكندي) ، مبينة أن مساعيها وبياناتها السابقة بهذا الخصوص أثمرت أخيراً وبات بالإمكان إعادة تشغيل الآلاف من العمال الذين خسروا أعمالهم منذ قرار المنع .
وقالت في بيان اليوم :” سبق وأن نشرنا عدة بيانات طالبنا فيها مجلس الوزراء بإلغاء قرار منع استيراد السيارات المتضررة، من بينها البيان المنشور في 10 تشرين الثاني 2018 وبيان آخر في 25 كانون الثاني 2019 ، وأوضحنا أن استيراد هذه السيارات يوفر فرص العمل للآلاف من الشباب في أعمال السمكرة والحدادة والصبغ والميكانيك والمحركات وكهربائيات السيارات وكافة متعلقاتها “.
وبينت نصيف :” ان تضمين الموازنة اليوم فقرة إلغاء قرار مجلس الوزراء السابق بهذا الخصوص هو خطوة تستحق الثناء والتقدير ” ، مبينة ” أن أرزاق الناس لايمكن المساس بها، ونبارك للعمال هذا القرار الذي سيتم بموجبه إطلاق الاستيراد “.
