عقد مجلس الوزراء، اليوم الثلاثاء، جلسته الاعتيادية برئاسة رئيس مجلس الوزراء السيد مصطفى الكاظمي، بحث خلالها عدداً من القضايا والموضوعات المدرجة ضمن جدول أعماله.
واستعرض رئيس مجلس الوزراء، خلال الجلسة، واقع التحديات التي يواجهها العراق في المجال الاقتصادي وجهود محاربة جائحة كورونا، مؤكداً أن طريق الإصلاح الاقتصادي هو منهج لا تراجع عنه وإنه من صميم التزامات الحكومة .
وأكد سابق توجيهاته الى الوزراء وكل أجهزة الدولة ببذل أقصى الجهود والعمل على مدار الساعة لتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطن العراقي، عادّاً ذلك واجباً على الجهاز الحكومي .
كما أوجز الكاظمي المجلسَ عن الاجتماع الذي عقد اليوم للرئاسات الثلاث والكتل السياسية، لمناقشة الموازنة، وبيّن تأكيدات القوى دعمها الخطط الإصلاحية للحكومة والورقة البيضاء وتمرير الموازنة.
و ناقش المجلس ملف ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتأمين متطلباتهم والارتقاء بما تقدمه لهم الدوائر الخدمية والحكومية من خدمات، على ضوء لقاء السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء وفداً من ممثليهم نهاية الاسبوع الماضي.
وقد جرى تبني الحلول والإجراءات والتسهيلات المطروحة خدمة لهذه الشريحة الكريمة من المجتمع العراقي.
وبعد أن نظر المجلس في القضايا والملفات الموضوعة على جدول أعماله، اتخذ جملة من القرارات منها:
1- الموافقة على إدراج مشروع مطار الناصرية ضمن جداول الموازنة الاستثمارية لسلطة الطيران المدني، على أن تستكمل لاحقاً متطلبات الإدراج، ويتم تمويل المشروع من الصندوق الصيني.
2- اعتبار يوم الخميس المقبل عطلة رسمية بمناسبة الذكرى الثالثة للانتصار على عصابات داعش الإرهابية.
3- إقرار وثيقة السياسات والمعايير لأمن المعلومات ومشاركة البيانات المصادق عليها من مجلس الأمن الوطني بجلسته التاسعة عشرة ، المنعقدة في 26 تموز 2020، وبموجب قراره رقم 14 لسنة 2020، المرافقة ربط كتاب مستشارية الأمن الوطني ذي الرقم 5/1/817 في 27 تموز 2020، مع الأخذ بعين الاهتمام رأي الدائرة القانونية في الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء.
4- الموافقة على تخويل الوزارات والجهات غير المتربطة بوزارة والمحافظات، صلاحية الاستمرار بالتعاقد لتنفيذ خطتها السنوية لغاية يوم31/كانون الأول/2020، بدلاً من تأريخ 15/كانون الأول/2020.
5- إقرار منح وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إجازة تأسيس لكل من: كلية الهدى الجامعة الأهلية في محافظة الأنبار، و جامعة المشرق الأهلية في العاصمة بغداد، وجامعة المعقل الأهلية في محافظة البصرة، وكلية ابن خلدون الجامعة في العاصمة بغداد، و جامعة ساوة الأهلية في محافظة المثنى.
