هيئة الاستثمار الوطنية مطالبة بتوضيح آلية إعطاء إجازات الاستثمار للمختبرات والعيادات والمستشفيات الأهلية، وإنَّ ما حدث اليوم في بغداد من انهيار مبنى للعيادات الطبية بسببٍ هندسي يدعو إلى إعادة النظر بكلِّ الموافقات التي تمنحها هيئة الاستثمار وخصوصًا إضافة بناءٍ على المباني المتهالكة، التي تستوجب الحصول على الموافقات الهندسية من أمانة بغداد أو المحافظة ضمن خطط مدروسة وليست عشوائية.وستقوم لجنة النزاهة البرلمانية بفتح هذا الملف لكشف جميع المخالفات المتعلقة به، سواء في بغداد أو المحافظات الأخرى، وإحالة المخالفين إلى القضاء.
