من الاتهامات العجيبة الموجهة لي من أصحاب العقول المشفرة: (أنني أنا الذي قمت ببيع خور عبدالله). .
وهذه الاتهامات منشورة على صفحات رجل مخبول يحمل لقب (اليعقوبي)، ويلوح بها من وقت لآخر بعض المغرضين في البصرة، من الذين يعرفونني وأعرفهم، أو بالأحرى من الذين لم يستفيقوا حتى الآن من صدمة صعودي إلى قمة وزارة النقل. وذلك على الرغم من انهم يعلمون علم اليقين بمؤلفاتي التي أثرت المكتبة العراقية بالدراسات والخرائط التي تذود عن حقوقنا السيادية في البحر. وعلى الرغم من سلسلة المقالات التي نشرتها هذه الأيام في معظم المواقع الرسمية وغير الرسمية. .
وفيما يلي أهم النقاط التي وددت أن ألفت انتباه هؤلاء إليها :-
- أولاً: أن خور عبدالله ليس سلعة معروضة للبيع، وهو حتى الآن يحمل سمات السيادة العراقية المطلقة. .
- ثانياً: ان قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي الذي منح الكويت حدوداً بحرياً زاحفة على حساب مسطحاتنا المائية يعود تاريخه الى عام 1993 وكان بمثابة ضربة دولية قاضية وجهتها قيادة قوات التحالف إلى العراق بعد حرب الخليج الثانية. أي قبل استيزاري بنحو 23 سنة. .
- ثالثاً: ان قائد القوة البحرية الاسبق (محمد جواد كاظم) هو الذي ابرم بروتوكول المبادلة مع الكويت عام 2008، أي قبل استيزاري بنحو 8 سنوات. .
- رابعاً: ان اتفاقيات ترسيم الحدود مع دول الجوار ليست من مهام وواجبات وزارة النقل، وإنما من مهام وواجبات وزارة الخارجية، ولا علاقة لوزارة النقل بهذا الموضوع على الإطلاق . .
- خامساً: في عام 2019 ارسلت وزارة الخارجية العراقية احتجاجا رسميا إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي (مرفق) على خلفية قانون مجلس الامة الكويتي رقم 317، بمعنى ان مصير خور عبد الله لم يُحسم حتى الآن. .
- سادساً: ان المباحثات حول المفاوضات الحدودية بين العراق والكويت مازالت قيد التداول ولم يُحسم موضوع الحدود في خور عبدالله وبخاصة في المنطقة التي تلي الدعامة رقم 162، وكان آخر لقاء جمع الوفدين (العراقي والكويتي) في بغداد قبل عشرة أيام فقط من تاريخ كتابة هذا الرد. .
ختاماً: لو كنت الآن وزيراً للنقل في هذا العام (2022) لما سمحت بسحب سفن الموانئ من خور عبدالله وارسالها الى خور الزبير، مثلما فعل وزير النقل الحالي (ناصر البندر). لكن المؤسف له أن الأقلام المريضة لا تمتلك الشجاعة لمواجهة المتخاذلين، وظلت تقطر حقداً وكراهية ضدي على الرغم من مغادرتي الوزارة منذ عام 2018. وظلت تطلق الإشاعات التسقيطية، وهناك من يصدقها ويصفق لها، ويشترك في نشرها وتعميمها. .
وصدق الذي قال: من أراد ان يراك مخطئاً سيراك حتى لو كان معصوب العينين. .
