حضر اللواء الدكتور عمر عدنان الوائلي رئيس هيأه المنافذ الحدودية الاجتماع الأول الذي إقامته هيأه النزاهة الأتحادية في الأكاديمية العراقية لمكافحة الفساد وبحضور الساده المحافظين التي تقع على اراضيها منافذ حدودية وبمشاركة السيد رئيس ديوان الرقابة المالية الاتحادية ومدير عام الهيأة العامة للكمارك.
قدم السيد الوائلي الاجراءات التي اتخذتها هياه المنافذ في مكافحة الفساد الاداري والمالي عن طريق ممارسه الدور الرقابي والاشرافي
على عمل كافه الدوائر المتواجده في المنفذ الحدودي بموجب قانون ٣٠ لسنه ٢٠١٦ وقرار مجلس الوزراء ٨٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ وكذلك تم طرح الاجراءات التطويرية ومنها التدقيق الالكتروني للاجراءات المتخذة بالتعاون مع الدوائر داخل المنفذ الحدودي وكذلك التنسيق مع المحافظات في اعاده اعمار البنى التحتية وتطوير المنافذ من خلال الايرادات المستحصله من المنافذ الحدودية حيث طالبت هيأة المنافذ بقيام المحافظات بانشاء ممرات للترانزيت وكذلك مباشرة الوحدات البلدية داخل المنافذ من اجل ادامه التنظيف وتوفير الخدمات المطلوبه مع التاكيد على المحافظين بمتابعه اجراءات عقارات ألدولة في المحافظات من اجل اكمال عقود الايجار للخدمات المطلوبة في المنفذ كونها الجهة المالكة للارض بموجب القانون.
اشاد كافه الحضور بالدور الكبير لهيأة المنافذ وما حققته من انجازات مهمه فيما يخص الايرادات وضبط المخالفات ومنع التهريب وحمايه المنتج وابدى السادة المحافظين والسيد رئيس هيأة النزاهه الاتحادية والسيد رئيس ديوان الرقابة المالية الاتحادي كامل الدعم لعمل الهيأة وادامت التنسيق والعمل المشترك كما تم مناقشة العديد من المواضيع المهمه التي تنهض بواقع عمل المنافذ الحدودية وستكون هنالك اجتماعات دوريه لضمان ديمومه انجاز ما تم طرحه في اجتماع اليوم.
