اوضح الباحث العراقي بعلوم بايولوجيا الصناعات الدوائية وهندسة العقاقير، الدكتور زياد طارق، اليوم الخميس، خفايا مايحصل حول لقاح كورونا في العراق وكيفية استيراده وكيف سيصل الى البلاد، في ظل الكثير من الاسئلة والاستفهامات مع ازدياد انباء الاعلانات عن اللقاحات عالمياً.
وقال طارق، في تدوينة رصدتها بس عراق، :”انه دائما ما يتم سؤالي عن ( متى يصل اللقاح الى العراق ؟) او ( اي لقاح سوف يكون متوفرا في العراق ؟) أو ( متى سيتم البدء بالتلقيح في العراق ؟) او ( هل هذا هو اللقاح الذي تعاقد عليه العراق ؟)” مبينا: الحقيقة .. لم تعلن اي شركة من الشركات التي تعمل بتطوير اللقاحات عن اي تعاقد مع العراق فيما يخص التجهيز او التبرع او اجراء تجارب سريريه او التعاقد لشراء كميات معينه من اللقاح لمصلحة الدوله العراقية .
واضاف: العراق سجل اسمه كمستفيد من اللقاحات التي ستديرها خطه ( تحالف اللقاحات ) وهذا التحالف سيعمل على شراء لقاحات من مساهمات رمزية من بعض اعضائه او شراء لقاحات مخفظة الكلفه او تنسيق اللقاحات التي وعدت الدول العظمى بالتبرع بها وتوزيعها على الدول المستفيدة من التحالف وعلى شكل حصص، مشيرا الى انه عدم التعاقد المباشر يعني ان العراق لا يمتلك الخيار بتحديد نوع اللقاح ولا وقت التلقيح ولا كمية اللقاحات التي قد يحصل عليها .
وبين طارق، انه كذلك يعني استمرار الاصابات وتضاعفها، ومع اقترابنا من عام كامل على حدوث اولى الاصابات، قد يكون الاشخاص الذين تعرضوا للاصابة الاولى تحت تهديد خطر الاصابة مرة أخرى نتيجة أختفاء الاجسام المناعية التي سببتها الاصابة الاولى او حدوث تحويرات في شكل الفايروس ، لافتا الى ان الأعتماد على تحالف اللقاحات قد يضع العراق في اواخر الدول المستفيدة اي اننا قد نحصل على حصه لا تتجاوز مليونين الى 4 ملايين على احسن تقدير وممكن ان ننتظر حتى اواخر سنة 2022 قبل ان نحصل عليها، وهذا امر خطير جدا .
ولفت طارق، الى ان هناك موضوع أخر .. حيث أننا نشاهد أستعدادات الدول التي تعاقدت على لقاحات لبدء عملية التلقيح , من تهيئة خطط التلقيح ومخازن مبردة لخزن اللقاحات وطائرات شحن معدة لهذا الغرض وأحصائيات حول من سيتم شموله بالطيف الاول من التلقيح وأعداد وتهيئة طواقم طبية متخصصة بالتلقيح ورصد مجهود لوجستي لكل ما قد يسهم بتسهيل هذة العملية نجد العراق ( يغط) في سبات عميق ولا يوجد على الارض اي شكل من أشكال الاستعداد وكأننا نعيش عالم موازي لا يخضع لتهديدات الفايروس.
وبين ان من واجبي المهني والاخلاقي ان اقول : التقاعس عن تأمين لقاحات كافية للشعب العراقي قد يتسبب بتوطن الوباء في العراق لسنا بصدد انتقاد الدوائر الصحية التي عجزت عن ادارة الازمة لكننا بصدد تسليط الضوء على أهمية توفير لقاح ناجع لكل مواطن عراقي.
واكد طارق، انه من واجب رئيس الوزراء التصرف فورا .. نعم فورا بتشكيل لجنة لتنسيق الية اللقاحات والتعاقد المباشر مع مطوري اللقاحات لتأمين مليوني لقاح من كل شركة ( هناك 7 شركات واعده منها شركتين اتمت الفحوصات ) وعلى مرحلتين، سنحصل وقتها على 28 مليون لقاح خلال فترة 6 اشهر , وهذا يكفي لتحقيق مناعة القطيع المطلوبة وتجاوز شبح توطن كوفيد في العراق .
وختم الباحث العراقي: رئيس الوزراء … يمكنكم الاتصال مباشرة بالشركات ولا حاجة لروتين المعاملات البلد في حالة حرب مع وباء كورونا وأعتقد انكم قادرين على تجاوز كل البروتوكولات والتعمل بشفافية مع هذا الموضوع.
يذكر انه يوم امس طلب رائد جوحي، مدير مكتب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، مصطفى الكاظمي، اليوم الاربعاء (2-12-2021)، من وزير الصحة، توضيحا بشأن عدم التواصل مع شركة ’’فايزر’’ للحصول على لقاح كورونا.
وبحسب وثيقة، صادرة من مكتب الكاظمي، بتاريخ اليوم، وتحمل توقيع مدير المكتب رائد جوحي، فقد وجه طلباً الى وزير الصحة، حسن التميمي، لبيان اسباب عدم التواصل مع شركة ’’فايز’’ بشأن الحصول على لقاح كورونا.
وأصبحت بريطانيا الأربعاء أول بلد في العالم يرخص لتعميم استخدام لقاح فايزر – بايونتيك الذي سيكون متاحا اعتبارا من الأسبوع المقبل، ما يشكل محطة “تاريخية” في إطار مكافحة وباء كوفيد-19 الذي يستمر بتسجيل مستويات وفاة قياسية في الولايات المتحدة.
وستوفر اليابان من جهتها اللقاح مجانا إلى سكان البلاد البالغ عددهم 126 مليونا في حين تدرس فرنسا حملة تلقيح للعامة في الربيع.
وقال المتحدّث باسم وزارة الصحة البريطانية إن :“الحكومة وافقت اليوم (الأربعاء) على توصية الوكالة المستقلة لتنظيم الأدوية ومنتجات الرعاية الصحية، بالتصريح باستخدام لقاح فايزر- بايونتيك المضاد لكوفيد”.
وأوضح أن “اللقاح الذي يتسم بمعايير سلامة ونوعية وفاعلية صارمة” سيصبح متوفراَ في كل أنحاء المملكة المتحدة اعتباراً من الأسبوع المقبل. وسجل في هذا البلد أكبر عدد من الوفيات في أوروبا بلغ 59 ألفا.
رحب رئيس مختبرات فايزر الأميركية البرت بورلا من جهته في بيان بالسماح باستخدام اللقاح في المملكة المتحدة واصفاً ذلك بأنه “لحظة تاريخية”.
كذلك رحب رئيس الوزراء البريطاني بوريس جونسون في تغريدة بالنبأ “الرائع”، مؤكدا أن “الحماية التي توفرها اللقاحات ستسمح لنا على المدى الطويل بمعاودة حياتنا الطبيعية وإطلاق عجلة الاقتصاد مجددا”.

من جهتها، أعلنت وكالة الأدوية الأوروبية الاثنين أنها ستعقد اجتماعاً استثنائياً في 29 ديسمبر “على أبعد تقدير” من أجل اتخاذ قرار بشأن الترخيص للقاح فايزر- بايونتيك على أن تقرر بشأن لقاح موديرنا بحلول 12 يناير.
