أعلن المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الاتصالات رعد المشهداني ،اليوم الجمعة، عن أسباب توقف خدمة الإنترنت بالكامل في العديد من مناطق جانب الرصافة.

وكشف المشهداني في بيان ، عن تعرض المسار الرئيسي الضوئي OMC الذي يربط بدالتي المأمون وضباط زيونة إلى قطع بالكامل، نتيجة أعمال حفريات لأمانة بغداد في منطقة شارع فلسطين والمستنصرية، مبيناً أنه تم توثيق التجاوز لغرض اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق الجهة المسببة للقطع.

وأضاف، ان الكادر المختص قد استنفر جهوده لإعادة الخدمة للمسار، عبر استبدال مقطع كابل ضوئي جديد بطول (25 متر) وعمل عقدتين ضوئيتين، وإعادة الخدمة للمسار بصورة جيدة.
