ولفت الى ان “المادة كانت موضوعة داخل اطار عجلته التي كان يستقلها”، مبينا، انه “تم اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية بحقه وتوقيفه وفق المادة ٢٨ من قانون المخدرات في الجانب الايمن لمدينة الموصل.
