قضية أطرحها أمام السيد نوري المالكي لأول مرة ! هل وصلك هذا الطلب عبر مستشارك ؟

تمهيد : اليوم اكتب هذه القضية او الحادثة أمام الرأي العام ويفترض بالسيد المالكي ان يُجيب بكل صراحه !
أولا : قبل تسمية السيد محمد السوداني ليكون المرشح لتشكيل الحكومة حوالي بشهرين او اقل بقليل وكان الحراك محتدماً .. اتصلت بي شخصية عراقية محترمة وذات خلفية عسكرية واصبح رجل اعمال قال لي ( أستاذ سمير أنا اثق بك فمن فضلك اريد أشوفك إذا عندك مجال ) فقلت له : ابشر . وحددنا الزمان والمكان والتقيت به وبعد حوار مهم كعادته بعدها قال لي : ما سألتني ليش طلبت اشوفك ؟ قلت له : أنا رجل تربيت بمضيف اضافة للتربية الاكاديمية وتربية النضال فأجيد ادب الانتظار .وانت صاحب الدعوة وتحدد متى تدخل بالموضوع .فقال لي ( زارتني شخصية عراقية مهمة مقيمة في الدولة ؟؟؟؟؟ ولها علاقات مهمة هناك ، ومعها شخصية رفيعة جدا ومخولة من تلك الدولة .. ويريدون يشوفون السيد نوري المالكي وايصال رساله مهمة من الدولة ؟؟؟؟؟ ) واريد مساعدتك لأنك شخصية وطنية ،ولأنك لديك مرجعية مهنية لا تكشف الاسرار والمجالس ناهيك انك ابن شيوخ .
ثانيا : كان_حوابي: ليس لدي اتصال شخصي بالسيد نوري المالكي والرجل لا يحبذ الاحتكاك بي مع العلم أنا احترمه . ولكني سأحاول أكراما لجنابك ولأهمية الموضوع وعسى يفيد بلدنا ونحن في محن كثيرة ومنها محنة الماء ومحنة التصحر ومحنة الخدمات ومحنة ميناء الفاو وميناء مبارك .. الخ …. وبالفعل اتصلت بمستشار المالكي ( هشام الركابي ) وكتبت له ( استاذ هشام من فضلك اريد أشوف المالكي ربع ساعة لوحدي لأمر هام جدا ويتعلق بالسيد المالكي والعراق …) فكان جوابه: والله الحجي مشغول وما اعتقد عنده وقت ( حتى تعرف ربعك حجي) قلت له : استاذ هشام أنا لستُ مساح اكتاف ولا ابحث عن صور أنا محمل برسالة مهمة .. قال سوف : احاول ان اوصل الرساله . ( طبعا بالمناسبة بعد ذلك جمعني الشخص بالشخصية العراقية وضيفه ؟؟؟؟ ومباشرة اتصلت بالنجف وجلبت لهم هدية تمن عنبر لانه عيب يبقون بدون مجاملة وتكريم )
ثالثا :بعد ثلاثة ايام سألت مستشار المالكي ( هشام الركابي ) اين الجواب . قال والله صعب بس كلمت المستشارين القريبين على الحجي ( قلت له من هم ؟ اعطيني هواتفهم ) فقال لا مايحتاج ان شاء الله يجي جواب …. باليوم السادس اتصلت بهشام الركابي ” قلت له وين الجواب ؟ قال لسه : قلت له لا يهم هذه المرة اطّول خلگ واتحمل .. سيد هشام أنا احمل رسالة من دولة وقيادة دولة لشخص المالكي ( قلت خل اثير فيه الهمة والفضول عسى يتحرك ) ….. انتظرت ثلاث ايام اخرى اتصلت به ( قال والله صعب ماكو مجال ) ……
هنا عاد انفجرت فقلت له ( إذا كنتم تظنون أهانتي فأنا باقي سمير عبيد واعرف قيمتي بدليل دولة كلفتني انقل رسالة إلى سيدك المالكي .. ومن المعيب تخليني انتظر ٩ أيام دون جوب ولكن العتب مو عليكم بل على الزمن )
رابعا : عدت إلى صاحبي فاعتذرت منه وقلت له ( اعتذر منك لم أوفق بالمهمة ) وبالفعل اعتذرت منهم وقمت بضيافتهم
خامسا : بعد تشكيل حكومة السوداني عادوا واتصلوا بي ولكن هذه المرة تفاصيل كثيرة ( وأسأل دولة الرئيس السوداني هل انشرها ؟ )
