أكد وزير الثقافة والسياحة والآثار الدكتور حسن ناظم : أنَّ الوزارة تعمل على إقرار قوانين لحماية الملكية الإلكترونية ، وأنَّها مستعدةٌ للتعاون مع الجهات التي تسعى إلى الارتقاء بواقع العمل المؤسساتي في دوائر الدولة .
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه يوم الاثنين الموافق 10\8\2020 م ، عدداً من الناشطين في مجال الحقوق الفكرية الإلكترونية ، من بينهم الإعلامي فلاح الذهبي مدير قناة sky 7 .
وجرى خلال اللقاء التشديد على ضرورة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة (الأتمتة) في مجال توثيق المعلومات ، وإنجاز المعاملات في دوائر الدولة.
كما جرى التباحث على آليات الحفاظ على حقوق الملكية، وحماية منصات المواقع الإلكترونية للوزارات وضمان الحقوق الفكرية للأعمال الإلكترونية.
وتم الاتفاق على عقد دوراتٍ تدريبيةٍ لكادر الوزارة ، وإقرار مواثيق لحقوق النشر ، والعمل على إقرار قوانين للحد من التجاوزات في مجال النشر .
