عُقدَ الإجتماع الأول الخاص بتوزيع قطع الأراضي في ميسان بحضور عضوي مجلس النواب النائب مرتضى الساعدي والسيد جاسم العلوي وحضور الجهات ذات العَلاقة كلٌ من
رئيس لجنة الخدمات في مجلس محافظة ميسان الدكتور ستار الكعبي والمعاون الفني للمحافظ الأستاذ ماجد الزَبيدي ومدير البلديات السيد صلاح البطاط ومدير بلدية قضاء العمارة الأستاذ كاظم ثجيل ومدير التسجيل العقاري الأُستاذ علي وهام ومعاون ممثل عِقارات الدولة الأستاذ سلام داوُد.
الساعدي وخلال الإجتماع أشارَ “أنه قد تبين لنا أن محافظة ميسان لايوجد لديها أي قطع أراضي لتوزيعها غير ثلاثمئة قطعة جاهزة للتوزيع أمام عدد المتقدمين والذين تجاوزت أعدادهم الثلاثون ألفاً ،ومن جانبه مديرُ بلديات ميسان أكد أن لديهِ قطعُ أراضي في الأقضية والنواحي سَتُوزع قريباً على مستحقيها من المتقدمينَ للحصول عليها ،وأوضح مديرُ بلدية العمارة اوضحَ أن هناك إستحداث لضمِ أراضٍ جديدة لبلدية العمارة لحلِ مشكلة توزيع الأراضي على المواطنين ،مدراءُ الدوائر الحكومية الأخرى وَعدوا بالإلتزام بكافة الخطوات التي تم إتخاذها في الإجتماع والعمل على تذليل كافة العقبات أمامها”
الساعدي من جانبه أكد” على تعاون السيد محافظ ميسان المحترم مع السادة أعضاء مجلس النواب لتقديم أفضل الخدمات بخصوص توزيع قطع الأراضي وعدم العودةِ إلى السياسات السابقة التي إنتهجتها الحكومة المحلية السابقة بعدم قُدرتها على إيجاد خُططٍ ناجحة وغياب الإستشارة الفنية لإغلب مشاريعها وبرامجها وسوء الإدارة التي مُنيت بها والتي أدت إلى حرمان أبناء المحافظة من توزيع قطع أراضي للشهداء والجرحى وأغلب القطاعات الصحية والتربوية والوزارات الخدمية رغم مطالباتنا ومخاطباتنا بهذا الصدد وسيكونُ لنا تواصل وجلسات مستمرة لمعالجة هذا الملف الحيوي والمهم من خلال التعاون المشترك بين الجميع”
وطالب الساعدي في ذات السياق “بجرد تفصيليٍ لإعداد القطع والأراضي الموجودة في الأقضية والنواحي لمتابعة خطوات توزيعها وتشكيل لجنة خاصة برئاسة السيد المحافظ المحترم وعضوية مدراء الدوائر ذات العلاقة لتوزيع قطع الأراضي والإنتهاء من هذا الملف الشائك بحلول أكثر واقعية ننصف بها مجتمعنا ومجاهدينا وموظفينا الذين تُوفي أغلبهم ولم يحصلوا على قطعة أرض”.
