ملك عادل ومنصف مراعيا للحق يحكم بلده ورعيته بكل اخلاص وتفان .. الملك لا يملك مصادر طبيعية في بلاده لكي يعيش منها هو وشعبه .. بلده متعب وفارغ نتيجة من جلس على العرش ممن سبقوه .. بيت المال فارغ لا يستطيع ان يمنح الهبات هنا وهناك ضمن هبات الملك وعطاياه .. شعبه منهك نتيجة قلة الموارد المالية والطبيعية.
نهض الملك وبدأ يزيل الغبار المتراكم جراء من سبقوه .. ذهب الملك الى دول الجوار طالبا يد العون لشعبه المسكين .. بدأت جولاته تثمر شيئا فشيئا .. الشعب بدأ في بحبوحة جعلته ينظر للغد بتفاؤل خير قادم .. تمكن الملك من ان يضع اولى لبنات البناء لمملكته عبر الصناعة المحلية .. بدأ الشباب يعملون في المصانع .. تطورت الامكانيات وبدأت المملكة تصدر انتاجها الى الدول لرصانة صناعتها رغم الصعاب .. كبرت بحبوحة الشعب .. اصبحت المملكة منارا لبقية الممالك فالكل يأتي لزيارتها ويمدح ملكها على ما فعله لشعبه الذي كان يتلظى جوعا وفقرا .. توافدت الشركات لغرض الاستثمار .. عاش الشعب والملك تحت هذا الانجاز غير المسبوق .. المغرضون الذين لا يعجبهم التقدم والازدهار والذين يتصورون انفسهم افضل من الغير رغم تاريخهم الملوث اخذوا بأطلاق الشائعات والتخرصات بين الشعب لكي لا يكون له تأثير ومحبة بينهم ونتيجة لذلك اتفقوا في امر دبر بليل ان يثوروا ضد ملكهم واتفقوا على ساعة الصفر .. وصل الامر الى الملك وتعجب من هؤلاء رغم كل الذي فعله مع الشعب والادهى قسم من هؤلاء كان قريب جدا من البلاط الملكي .. تصرف الملك بشجاعته المعروفة وأمر باستدعائهم الى القصر .. جلس الملك على العرش وهم يتأملون في وجوه بعضهم خشية معرفة الملك بأمرهم .. متيقنين بانهم سيعاقبون اشد العقوبات نتيجة تهورهم وظلمهم للملك .. تنحى الملك جانبا وجلس بجوار عرشه وقال كلمته التي هزت اركان القاعة : اتفقوا فيما بينكم واختاروا الملك الجديد بشرط ان يوفر ما وفرته لشعبي فقط وسأكون انا ضمن عامة الناس على ان تحافظوا على بلدكم .. اخذ المجتمعين يبحثون في عيون البعض بعد ان ترك الملك القاعة .. توصلوا الى نتيجة بان الذي فعله الملك لا يمكن احدنا فعله ابدا..
سقت هذه المقدمة وانا اقرأ بين فترة واخرى هجوما لاذعا على صاحبة الجلالة وتحديدا على الملك .. ولو رجعنا لسنوات مضت ومع كل احترامي وتقديري لأساتذتنا المهنيين والذين شغلوا منصب الملك (النقيب) وما فعلوه فلم نجد ما فعله الملك المتربع على عرش صاحبة الجلالة الان ابدا .. فبالله عليكم من كان يزور النقابة من المسؤولين آنذاك ؟ لم اتذكر يوما بان وزيرا او مسؤولا رفيع المستوى تجشم عناء السفر وتنازل عن منصبه لكي يزور النقابة .. علما باني امارس مهنتي الصحفية منذ 1977 ولحد الان .. وبربكم العظيم اسالكم كم من وزير ومسؤول رفيع المستوى من الداخل والخارج زار نقابتنا وجلس مع نقيب صاحبة الجلالة واشاد بما فعله الملك ؟ النقابة الان تسعى جاهدة لزيادة رواتب المتقاعدين على صندوق تقاعد النقابة الذي كان سابقا افضل راتب تقاعدي .. وزعت النقابة بفضل الجهود الحثيثة للملك اراض سكنية لكل المحافظات وعلى مسقط الراس في حين كان النظام السابق لا يمنح هذه الاراضي والمكافأت التشجيعية الا لمن يحمل عضوية (عامل) والكثير من الزملاء في المحافظات استلموا وباعوا الارض واستفادوا من ثمنها .. تم شمول كل فئات النقابة بالمكافأت التي اطلقتها النقابة بالتعاون مع وزارة الثقافة وبالتساوي .. نقابتنا هي سيدة النقابات العراقية وهي الوحيدة التي يزورها القاصي والداني وهي الوحيدة التي تمنحها الدولة منحة مالية نظرا لدورها الكبير في توحيد البلد والدفاع عنه .. كل هذه الامور التي تكتب هنا وهناك من كان وراءها .. ناس مجهولين .. ام العمل الصالح والمتقن من اعضاء مجلس النقابة وبالأخص (الملك) .. اتقوا الله في نقابتكم ومن كان له اختلاف مع الملك فبابه مفتوحة على مصرعيها لاستقبالكم .. كفى تشهير .. حافظوا على نقابتكم التي تشرفتم بالانتماء اليها ..
