أكد مدير عام مصافي الشمال قاسم عبد الرحمن حسين، اليوم الجمعة، أن وزارة النفط تتجه نحو الاستثمار لإنشاء مشاريع جديدة للتصفية.
وقال حسين إن “الشركات التابعة لوزارة النفط تتجه نحو الاستثمار في مشاريع التصفية من أجل زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية، وتحسين النوعية المنتجة”، لافتاً إلى أن “خطة وزارة النفط تركز حالياً على إعادة تأهيل مصافي الصمود (بيجي) للعودة إلى طاقاتها قبل أحداث عصابات داعش الإرهابية، والوصول إلى طاقة تكرير 300 ألف برميل يومياً، فضلاً عن إنشاء مشاريع جديدة للتصفية من خلال قانون الاستثمار”.
وأضاف أن “مشروع مصفى كركوك الاستثماري بطاقة 70 ألف برميل يومياً قيد استكمال موافقات الإجازة الاستثمارية، ومصفى حديثة الاستثماري بطاقة 70 ألف برميل يومياً قيد الترويج، إضافة إلى مشروع توسيع طاقة مصفى حديثة الحالي من 16 ألف برميل يومياً إلى 36 ألف برميل يومياً قيد التنفيذ، فضلاً عن إنشاء مشروع استثماري في مصفى حديثة لإنتاج البنزين المحسن، ومصفى القيارة الاستثماري بطاقة 100 ألف برميل يومياً قيد الترويج”.
وأشار إلى أن “الشركة لديها خطة وبالتنسيق مع الوزارة لإعادة تأهيل كامل الوحدات الإنتاجية”، مبيناً أن “الشركة أعادت تأهيل قسم من الوحدات الإنتاجية التي تعمل بطاقة تكرير تتراوح من 55-60 ألف برميل يومياً وتنتج (البنزين – الغاز السائل –الكيروسين – الكازاويل)، إضافة إلى المنتجات العرضية (النفط الأسود – النفثا)”.
وأوضح أن “العائق الكبير الذي يقف أمام الوحدات الإنتاجية، هو الدمار الذي لحق البنى التحتية، ما أدى إلى تخريب المعدات التي لا يمكن توفيرها إلّا من خلال الاستيراد من شركات عالمية متخصصة”، مبيناً أن “مدة التجهيز تصل لعامين، فضلاً عن صعوبة استقدام الشركات العالمية المتخصصة، لاسيما بعد بدء مرحلة التأهيل خلال العام 2017 بسبب الوضع الأمني”.
ولفت حسين إلى أن “هناك مشاريع استثمارية لدى الشركة، فضلاً عن إعادة تأهيل الوحدات الإنتاجية، منها إعادة إعمار وحدة الأزمرة في بيجي لزيادة كمية إنتاج البنزين، وتحسين العدد الأوكتاني، ومن المؤمل البدء بتشغيله بداية شهر أيلول خلال العام المقبل 2021″، مشيراً إلى أن “هنالك مشروعاً استثمارياً في كركوك، وهو في مراحله الأولية لإنتاج البنزين الممتاز والمحسن، من خلال الاستفادة من المنتجات العرضية (النفثا – الكازولين الطبيعي) وتحويلهما إلى بنزين محسن”.
