أكد مستشار رئيس الوزراء سبهان الملا جياد، اليوم الاحد، أنَّ صيف عام 2025 سيشهد تطوراً في واقع الطاقة الكهربائيَّة في العراق بوجود 3 مسائل.
وقال الملا جياد إنَّ “المسألة الأولى هي الربط الخليجي الذي من الممكن أن ينتهي في وقت قريب ومن ثم الربط التركي، لحصد نحو 2500 ميغا واط، وكل هذا يمكن أن يشعر به المواطن منتصف العام المقبل 2024”.
وبيّن أنَّ “أهمية هذا الربط تكمن بالفائض من الطاقة الذي يمكن أن يحول إلى العراق من الخليج، إضافة إلى تحفيز المستثمرين لدخول العراق والعمل على تطوير هذا القطاع في ظل الأجواء الأمنية المريحة وتشجيع بناء المحطات الكهربائية.”
وأوضح أنَّ “المسألة الثانية هي العمل الموازي على محطات عراقية حرارية، والتوجه لبناء (محطة الكيارة) التي يحتاج إنجازها إلى سنتين أو ثلاث، و(محطة الأنبار الغازية)، فضلاً عن عقد (توتال) الذي من الممكن أن تنتهي المرحلة الأولى منه خلال السنتين المقبلتين”.
وأضاف مستشار رئيس الوزراء أنَّ “المسألة الثالثة كمؤشر لتطور واقع الكهرباء، تتصل بالعمل الفعّال على زيادة جباية الطاقة الكهربائية من المواطنين الذي يمكن أن يفيد الوزارة وينهض بواقع العمل المنوط بها”، مؤكداً أنَّ “25 % من الطاقة الحالية تذهب بالضياعات بسبب غياب الجباية، لذا يمكن العمل على برامج لترشيد استهلاك الكهرباء وتفعيل الجباية خصوصاً الإلكترونية منها.”
ونبّه الملا جياد إلى أنَّ “هذه المسائل إذا عُمل بها بشكل مستمر ودقيق ترافقها متابعة مستمرة؛ فبالإمكان أن يشهد صيف 2025 تحسناً ملحوظاً في واقع الطاقة الكهربائية في البلد”.
