مفوضية الانتخابات: قرابة مليوني بطاقة بايومترية يجري توزيعها على الناخبين

أعلنت مفوضية الانتخابات منح الأحزاب إجازات تأسيس اعتيادية بدلًا من المشروطة؛ لإيفائهم بمتطلبات الشروط الشكلية والموضوعية للتأسيس، فيما أكدت استمرار توزيع قرابة مليوني بطاقة بايومترية على الناخبين.
المفوضية قالت في كلمتها الاسبوعية ان مجلس المفوضين عقد الجلسة الاعتيادية في 20 تشرين الثاني الحالي؛ للتصديق على قرار دائرة شؤون الأحزاب والتنظيمات المتضمن منح الأحزاب إجازات تأسيس اعتيادية بدلًا من المشروطة لإيفائهم بمتطلبات الشروط الشكلية والموضوعية للتأسيس استنادًا الى قانون الأحزاب رقم 36 لسنة 2015، إذ بلغ اجمالي الأحزاب المسجلة 295 حزبًا، ومن ضمنهم 26 حزبًا لديهم اجازات مشروطة، فضلًا عن متابعة عمل شعبة شؤون المرشحين في تنظيم الجداول المتعلقة بالمرشحين.
وفي جلسة استثنائية ناقش مجلس المفوضين مسودة إجراءات الشكاوى وطعون مرحلة الاقتراع ومراكز التدقيق لانتخابات مجالس المحافظات 2023، وتقارير لجنة الرصد المركزي الخاصة بمتابعة المخالفات الانتخابية.
واستضافت اللجنة القانونية في مجلس النواب العراقي، رئيس واعضاء المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات والأعضاء؛ للوقوف على استعدادات المفوضية لإجراء الانتخابات وتذليل العقبات التي تواجه عملها، والجدول الزمني العملياتي لإجراء انتخابات مجالس المحافظات وبرلمان إقليم كردستان ، ومناقشة تكلفة طباعة أوراق الاقتراع، وأوليات عقد تجهيز كاميرات المراقبة ونصبها داخل المراكز الانتخابية، فضلًا عن مناقشة ملاحظات المفوضية بشأن مقترح قانون التعديل الأول لقانون المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات رقم ٣١ لسنة ٢٠١٩.
