وبين ان “البلد الذي لا يوجد فيه تربية وتعليم حقيقيتين لا يمكن ان ينهض رغم نحن نعلم هذه تحتاج الى بيئة صحية و استقرار اقتصادي سياسي وامني، ولكن اصبح المدرس والمعلم في السنوات الاخيرة يواجه مشاكل كثيرة ومن هذه المشاكل اصبح ضعيف امام حتى الطلاب لعدم وجود رادع قوي للاعتداء على الكوادر التعليمية بصورة عامة فاصبحت نظرة من اطراف جهلة تنظر الى المعلم كأنه كائن ضعيف في حين هو المفروض يكون رقم واحد في سلم الاعتناء به بأعتبار هو الذي يعد كما قلنا الكوادر ويعد كفاءات المجتمع”.
واوضح “اذا نحن نتعامل مع شريحة ان صلحت وتوفر لها الجو فان البلد يتقدم ويزدهر، وان تم مضايقتها فالعملية التربوية ترجع الى الطريق المغلق ونحن نلاحظ تراجع التربية والتعليم في العراق في السنوات الاخيرة بشكل مخيف، ولكن لم يدرج قانون الحماية على جدول الاعمال لحد الان”.
