لا ريب ان ما تعرضه علينا الفضائيات اليوم هو عبارة عن قواعد اشتباك جديدة تبنتها وآمنت بها القوات الامريكية والقوات الأوروبية الداعمة لذبحائيل في إبادة سكان غزة عن بكرة أبيهم. .
سألوا وزير خارجية أمريكا (أنتوني بلينكن) قبل قليل عن كيفية التمييز بين المدنيين والمسلحين، فقال لهم: (ليس لدينا أي خيار الآن. فتوجهاتنا كلها مكرسة لمطاردة عناصر حماس ومحاصرتهم والقضاء عليهم. اما بخصوص الاطفال والنساء والمرضى والجرحى فنأمل أن لا تضعهم الاقدار في طريقنا). .
ثم قال في لقاء آخر: (هذه هي الحرب. انها معارك دموية وفوضوية، وسوف يتعرض المدنيون الابرياء للأذى، اتمنى ان اخبركم بشيء مختلف، اتمنى ان لا يحدث ذلك، لكنهم سيتعرضون للموت إن عاجلاً أو آًجلاً). بمعنى ان قنابل (بلينكن) وصواريخه ودباباته ستحصد في طريقها أرواح الأبرياء. وبالتالي فان قواعد الاشتباك في المنظور الغربي الجديد تقضي بمنح الأولوية لتنفيذ الغارات الحربية مهما كانت الأخطاء والخروقات والانتهاكات والعواقب. .
قاعدة ثانية تقول: يتعين على الطيارين مواصلة القصف ضد الاحياء السكنية المكتظة بالسكان وتدميرها بالكامل لمجرد الشك بوجود مسلح واحد بداخلها. .
قاعدة ثالثة تقول: لا تتردد في قصف المستشفيات من أجل قتل خصمك الموجود بداخلها حتى لو اضطررت لقتل الأطباء والمرضى والجرحى، ولا تكترث بهم. وسبق للقوى الغاشمة ان غرسوا هذه القاعدة في نفوس عناصر تنظيماتهم الظلامية (داعش واخواتها). أقتل ثم أقتل ولا تعبء بمصير المدنيين. فالأبرياء يذهبون إلى الجنة، وغير الأبرياء يذهبون إلى النار. .
قاعدة رابعة تقول: أفرض حصارك عليهم كلهم الأطفال والنساء. واحرمهم من الماء والغذاء والدواء والكهرباء. دعهم يموتون كلهم حتى نتخلص منهم جميعا بصغارهم وكبارهم. .
قاعدة خامسة تقول: اقصف بكل ما تمتلكه من ذخيرة. وافتح ممراتك القتالية وسط الابراج المنهارة والمنازل المهدمة، واسحق عليهم حتى تصل إلى هدفك. .
قاعدة سادسة تقول: اقتل كل الاجسام المتحركة في الجوار : أطفال – نساء – قطط – ماشية، وكل ما يقع عليه نظرك. .
قاعدة سابعة تقول: ضع مشاعرك الإنسانية خارج أرض المعركة. ولا تتردد في ارتكاب ما يحلو لك من المجازر. فهؤلاء لا يستحقون الحياة. .
هذه هي قواعد الاشتباك السبع التي تتحدث عنها الفضائيات الآن في غزة والضفة الغربية. .
