توصيات بإقالة 5 مسؤولين وأسباب الحريق “عرضية”.. إعلان نتائج التحقيق بـ”فاجعة الحمدانية”

كشفت اللجنة التحقيقية الخاصة بفاجعة الحمدانية، في مدينة الموصل، بمحافظة نينوى، اليوم الأحد، أسباب الحريق الذي اندلع بقاعة الافراح، وفيما وصت بإقالة مجموعة من المسؤولين، اشارت الى حصيلة الضحايا والجرحى النهائية.
وقال رئيس اللجنة، اللواء سعد فالح كسار الدليمي، في مؤتمر صحفي ، إن “قاعة الأعراس هي موضوع البحث، وتبين أنها تتسع لـ500 شخص فقط، ومشيّدة على هيكل حديدي، وجدرانها من الأسمنت والبلوك مسقفة بمادة الـ(السندويج بنل) مع مواد قابلة للإشتعال مزينة بالقش البلاستيكي المصنع، وهي ايضا مواد سريعة الاشتعال، وكذلك واجهة القاعة مغطاة بمادة سريعة الاشتعال”.
وأضاف أن “اللجنة لاحظت غرفة تحتوي كميات كبيرة من القماش تُستخدم لتزيين القاعة سريعة الاشتعال إضافة إلى كميات كبيرة من المواد الكحولية على الطاولات، وعدم وجود أبواب للطوارئ، بل توجد أبواب صغيرة تُستخدم للخدمة”.
وتابع اللواء الدليمي بالقول: “تبين وجود اربعة اجهزة شعلات نارية، وبحسب ما توصلت إليه اللجنة شهود عيان هي السبب الرئيسي لوقوع الحادث وارتفعت النيران منها الى أربعة أمتار نحو سقف القاعة لتتسببُ باندلاع الحريق”.
وذكر أن “سبب الحريق حصول مصدر ناري لامس المواد السريعة الاشتعال”، لافتا إلى أن صاحب القاعة يتحمل جميع المسؤولية”.
رئيس اللجنة أكد “مصرع 107 أشخاص، واصابة 82 آخرين بجروح جراء الحريق”، مشيرا إلى أن “موضوع البحث تقصير صاحب القاعة، وقائممقام الحمدانية، ومدير بلديتها، ومدير سياحتها، ومدير كهربائها، وكذلك ثبوت تقصير الدفاع المدني في متابعة الإجراءات الخاصة في عملية غلق القاعة لعدم اتباعها شروط السلامة”.
بدوره، أكد وزير الداخلية، عبد الأمير الشمري، أن “صاحب قاعة الهيثم قام بسحب جهاز التسجيل وهرب الى أربيل”، مستدركاً بالقول: “بعد القاء القبض عليه تم استرجاع الديفي ار”.
وقال الشمري، خلال المؤتمر نفسه، إن ” صاحب القاعة عمل، أيضاً، على إطفاء التيار الكهربائي ضناً منه بان الحريق حصل نتيجة تماس كهربائي، وهو ما تسبب بعرقلة خروج الحاضرين”.
الى ذلك، أكد مستشار وزير الداخلية، اللواء كاظم بوهان، أن حادث الحريق كان عرضياً وليس مدبراً، فيما بين أن الألعاب النارية كانت السبب الرئيس للحريق.
بدورها، أوصت اللجنة التحقيقية بمجموعة من النقاط أبرزها: ـ
ـ اعتبار ضحايا حادثة الحمدانية شهداء.
ـ إعفاء قائمقام قضاء الحمدانية.
ـ إعفاء مدير بلدية قضاء الحمدانية.
ـ إعفاء مدير مركز صيانة قضاء الحمدانية.
ـ إعفاء مدير قسم الاطفاء في نينوى ومدير الدفاع المدني وتسجيل مجلس تحقيقي.
يذكر أن حريقاً هائلاً وقع مساء الثلاثاء الماضي، داخل قاعة مناسبات في قضاء الحمدانية بمحافظة نينوى، ما أسفر عن وقوع المئات من الضحايا.
