كشف عضو اللجنة المالية النيابية جمال كوجر ،اليوم الاثنين، عن مقترحات الآليات المتبعة في استرداد الأموال المهربة الى الخارج.
وقال كوجر في تصريح ان َّ “الآليات المتبعة في استرداد الأموال المهربة إن محصورة بعدة وسائل من بينها اتباع طريق الإنتربول الـدولـي والقبض على أي فاسد أو مجرم، والمجيء به إلى الدولة صاحبة الطلب”، َّ ” مشيراً إلى أن الطريقة الثانية عبر التمثيل الدبلوماسي وبحسب اتفاقيات الدولة مع الدول الأخرى بأن يتم رفض إقامة أي معارض أو فاسد َّ أو مطلوب للدولة المقابلة”.
وأضــاف كـوجـر أن “الطريقة الثالثة هي بتبني شركات عالمية لملفات الفساد ومتابعتها مقابل نسبة من الأموال، فيما تكون الطريقة الرابعة بالتواصل مع المهرب للمبلغ بأن يحصل على نسبة محددة من المال الذي استحوذ عليه في حال إعادة ٨٠ %منه، من َّ “الطريق الخامس دون تبعات قانونية”، مبيناً أن هو الإعلان عن مكافأة بنسبة محددة لمن يدلي َّ الحكومة لا تعلم بمعلومات عن أموال مهربة، لأن كميات المبالغ المهربة وأماكنها”.
وأشار الى أن هناك أشخاصاً لديهم دراية بالمبالغ المهربة وغير مضطرين للكشف عنها”، لافتاً إلى َّ كل أنه “لا يوجد رقم محدد للمبالغ المهربة، لأن الحكومات السابقة تخاذلت في هذا الموضوع َّ بعض الشخصيات ولم تفتحه، بالإضافة إلى أن المهربة للأموال، هي شخصيات متنفذة سابقاً وحالياً، ولم يتم فتح الملف بالشكل المطلوب، إذ تم المرور عليه مرور الكرام من دون خطوات جدية”.
