لجنة بغداد تعطل معاملات محافظة البصرة المشمولة بقانون { ١٦} الخاص بتعويض المواطنيين على ما أصابهم من أضرار مادية في الممتلكات ، علمٱ أن المعاملات قد قدمت من سنة ٢٠١٧م ، ومن قبلها ، ومما هو يتلوها ، وقد مضت فترة ست سنوات وأكثر ، ولم تكتمل المعاملات ، وحين تراجع لجنة قانون { ١٦ } في محافة البصرة خلال كل هذه السنين ، يجيبوك الجواب المكرور المعتاد ، أن سبب التأخير ، هو أن بغداد هي المجمدة المعاملات ، وأنها نائمة نوم أهل الكهف عندها ، وبغداد هي المؤخرتها ، والتي لا تكلف نفسها أن تجري اللازم عليها ….. ؟؟؟
متى بغداد تحرك هذه المعاملات وتنجزها ، وهذه المعاملات متوقفة على قرارها ، وهي المستوفية كل الشروط ، والمنتظرة فقط توقيع أعضاء اللجنة في بغداد لتمضيتها ، والإسراع بتنفيذها …… !!!؟؟؟
