ناقش رئيس مجلس الوزراء، محمد شياع السوداني، مع السفير الروسي لدى العراق إلبروس كوتراشيف، اليوم السبت، موعد تلبية الدعوة الرسمية المقدمة إليه لزيارة روسيا الاتحادية.
وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء، في بيان، أن “رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني، استقبل سفير روسيا الاتحادية لدى العراق إلبروس كوتراشيف”.
وأضاف البيان، أنه “جرى، خلال اللقاء، التباحث في العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين، ومناقشة موعد تلبية الدعوة الرسمية المقدمة إلى رئيس الوزراء لزيارة روسيا الاتحادية”.
ولفت إلى أن “اللقاء شهد الإشارة إلى دور العراق المحوري في المنطقة، وجهوده في تقريب وجهات النظر، بما يعزز أمن المنطقة واستقرارها، ويدفع بعجلة التنمية إلى الأمام”.
وأكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، “حرص العراق ودعمه كل التسويات السلمية للأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية، وإنهاء تداعياتها بجميع إشكالها”.
