اكد عضو اللجنة المالية النيابية النائب حسين مؤنس، اليوم الاثنين، ان اللجنة المالية حرصت على دعم مشاريع المحافظات بعد اجراء مناقلة الأموال من المشاريع الفاشلة او المتلكئة الى المحافظات.
وقال مؤنس ،ان ” اللجنة المالية حرصت على تعزيز المركزية في مناقلة الأموال الخاصة بالمشاريع حيث ركزت على الانفاق الذي دفعته الحكومة في قانون الموازنة على مشاريع الوزارات ” , مبينا ان ” ان اغلب المشاريع المتلكئة عبر الموازنات السابقة هي مشاريع وزارية ” .
وأضاف ان ” عدد المشاريع الوزارية الفاشلة والمتلكئة بلغت بحدود 6240 مشروع ولذلك ارتات اللجنة الى مناقلة الأموال الى المحافظات لكونها ستكون حكومات منتخبة وستحظى برقابة المجالس المحلية التي ستنتخب بعد اشهر”.
يذكر ان مجلس النواب صوت على قانون الموازنة الاتحادية للسنوات الثلاث 2023 و2024 و2025 بعد مخاض عسير.
