كشف مدير عام دائرة تطوير القطاع الخاص في وزارة التجارة محمد حنون، عن استراتيجية جديدة لدعم الشباب العاطلين عن العمل من خلال دعم المنظمات الدولية وايجاد مصادر دعم للمشاريع المتوسطة والصغيرة .
وجاء في بيان للدائرة ،أن”مدير عام دائرة تطوير القطاع الخاص محمد حنون عقد اليوم جلسة حوار مع المنظمات الدولية وتم خلالها تقديم مناقشة عدد من التحديات التي تواجه المنظمات الدولية في تنفيذ مشاريعها داخل البلاد كذلك مناقشة استراتيجية جديدة لتشغيل العاطلين عن العمل من الشباب وتوجهات الدائرة في العمل على تطوير المشروعات الصغيرة وريادة الأعمال من خلال تعاونها مع شركة تقديم للتدريب وعقد المؤتمرات في تنفيذ برنامج ريادة الأعمال”.
وأضاف حنون، أنه”جرى الاستماع إلى ممثلي اكثر من 12 منظمة دولية ابرزها البنك الدولي والوكالة الألمانية للتنمية الدولية g12 ومركز التجارة الدولي itc ومعهد التعليم المستمر في الجامعة الأمريكية في بغداد ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي ووكالة الارتباط الألماني للصناعة والتجارة في العراق) وما يقدموه من دعم للمشروعات الصغيرة وريادة الأعمال سواء دعم مالي وتدريب وتبني مشاريع الشباب من الفكرة إلى الاستثمار وكذلك برامج مخصصة للنساء”.
وأوضح ممثلو المنظمات خلال الجلسة، أن”دعم المشاريع الصغيرة يتطلب وجود قاعدة بيانات رسمية بعدد الشباب ومستوى تعليمهم ومهاراتهم، ثم استهدافهم في البرامج المعدة لهذا الغرض وايجاد فرص عمل لهم ومن المهم وضع استراتيجية واضحة عن كيفية دعم المشروعات الصغيرة ورواد الأعمال والترويج لتلك المشروعات وتوزيع المنح حسب القطاعات”.
وتابع البيان، أن”الجلسة خلصت إلى عقد اتفاقيات تعاون وشراكات مع تلك المنظمات من أجل دعم المشروعات الصغيرة ورواد الأعمال ووضع سياسة واضحة بهذا الخصوص”.
