قبل بضعة أعوام ظهرت لدينا شجرة برية متمردة بين قضبان سكة قطار مهجورة في مكان قريب من محطة قطار نينوى، كان ذلك بعد وقوع الموصل بيد الدواعش، ومن الطبيعي ان تنمو الاشجار البرية هناك إذا ما توفرت لها الظروف في أرض خصبة. سيما ان تلك الخطوط الحديدية أصبحت بمعزل عن الادامة والصيانة. .
وسبق ان تعرضت القضبان للتخريب والنهب في مناطق متفرقة بين محطة الشعيبة وميناء أم قصر، وذلك في المرحلة التي صار فيها التخريب مهارة وشطارة وتجارة، حيث كانت أنابيب النفط وقابلوات الضغط العالي هدفاً للعتاگة وتجار الخردة. .
ففي تلك الأيام كانت خطوط السكك المرتبطة بميناء خور الزبير تتعرض أمام اعين السلطات للنهب في عز النهار. وظلت نوافذ القطارات المتحركة تتعرض للرجم بالحجارة حتى يومنا هذا. ولم تسلم محرمات السكك الحديدية من تجاوزات التمدد العشوائي المتفشي في المناطق السكنية، ناهيك عن المعابر غير النظامية. .
اما أغرب الانتهاكات التي شاهدتها بنفسي، وكتبت عنها، فتمثلت في أربع حالات ليس لها مثيل في عموم كوكب الأرض : –
- الحالة الأولى: صدور مذكرات قبض ضد قادة القطارات بتهمة الدهس العمد والتصادم. .
- الحالة الثانية: توقف الشاحنات الحوضية المحملة بالوقود فوق خطوط السكك الحديدية في المناطق القريبة من المصافي النفطية، وتسببها في تعطيل حركة القطارات. .
- الحالة الثالثة: إقامة مجالس الفاتحة فوق خطوط السكك الحديدية، وتجمع سيارات المعزين حول مقتربات السكة. .
- الحالة الرابعة: بناء المنازل السكنية فوق السكة، وهذا ما شاهدته قبل قليل في لقطة مصورة وجدتها منشورة على منصات التواصل من دون الاشارة إلى عنوان الموقع. .
ختاماً نقول: من أمن العقاب أساء الأدب فوضع سريره فوق سقوف القطارات. ولله في خلقه شؤون. .
