كشفت هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية، الاربعاء، عن مخالفات في تحويل جنس أرض بقيمة 8 مليارات دينار خلافاً للضوابط، مشيرة الى ضبط 7 معقبين في دوائر البلدية والضريبة والتسجيل العقاري في محافظة واسط.
وذكرت الهيئة في بيان ، أن “دائرة التحقيقات في الهيئة كشفت مخالفاتٍ في تحويل جنس أراضٍ بقيمة (8,000,000,000) مليارات دينار، وضبط (7) مُتَّهمين بتعقيب المعاملات في عددٍ من دوائر محافظة واسط”.
وأضافت أنَّ “فريق عمل مكتب تحقيق واسط رصد مُخالفات تحويل الأراضي الزراعيَّة إلى سكنيَّـةٍ في مُديريَّة بلديَّة العزيزيَّة”، مُوضحةً أنَّ “البلديَّة قامت بالمُوافقة على معاملات إفراغ الأراضي الزراعيَّة والتي تمَّ من خلالها تفتيت الأراضي الزراعيَّة وتحويلها إلى سكنيَّةٍ، خلافاً للتعليمات والضوابط”.
وأشارت الهيئة بحسب البيان الى أن “مساحة تلك الأراضي التي تمَّ تفريغها خلافاً لقرار مجلس الوزراء المُرقَّم (320 لسنة 2022) بلغت (81) دونماً، تصل قيمتها الإجماليَّة إلى (8,000,000,000) مليارات دينارٍ”.
وبينت أنه “تمَّ ضبط (4) مُتَّهمين في مُديريَّة بلديَّة الكوت؛ لقيامهم بترويج معاملات تسجيل قطع أراضٍ سكنيَّةٍ وإجازات بناءٍ دون وكالةٍ رسميَّةٍ مُصدَّقةٍ”، مُبيّنةً أنَّ “المُتَّهمين مُوظفون في مُديريَّات بلديَّات وماء وشرطة المحافظة، كما تمَّ ضبط مُعقّبين اثنين في دائرة الضريبة، أحدهما محامٍ يقومون بمتابعة معاملاتٍ لا تمَّت لهم بصلةٍ، فيما تمَّ ضبط مُعقّبٍ في دائرة التسجيل العقاري الثانية ادّعى أنَّه مُوظَّـفٌ في الدائرة، وبعد التحرّي تبيَّن عدم صحَّة دعواه، وأن تواجده؛ لغرض تعقيب المعاملات”.
وأوضحت الهيئة بحسب البيان، أن “الفريق الميدانيَّ للمكتب لاحظ وجود (11) منظومة إشاراتٍ ضوئيَّـة مُهملة ومتروكة في مخازن بلديَّة الكوت”، مُؤكّدةً أنَّ “منظومة الإشارات التي تعمل بالطاقة الكهربائيَّـة والشمسيَّـة مُندثرة مع ملحقاتها كافة وأدواتها الاحتياطيَّة وغير صالحةٍ للعمل”.
ولفتت الى أنَّ “وزارة الإعمار والإسكان والبلديَّات والأشغال العامَّة قامت بتجهيز المنظومة في العام 2008 دون طلب الدائرة أو حاجتها إليها، مُشدِّدةً على أنَّه لم يتم إدخالها مخزنياً، بالرغم من استلامها من قبل المُهندس المُختصّ في الدائرة.
