اعلنت وزارة التخطيط ، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن تحقيق تقدم كبير في نسب انجاز الطريق المؤدي الى مدينة بسماية السكنية جنوبي العاصمة بغداد، متوقعة اكتمال المشروع نهاية العام الجاري بعد ان بلغت نسبة الانجاز فيه اكثر من (62%).
وذكرت الوزارة في بيان ، ان “الفرق الميدانية المتخصصة في دائرة البرامج الاستثمارية الحكومية وتخطيط القطاعات التابعتان لوزارة التخطيط، نفذت زيارة ميدانية للمشروع المذكور، بهدف الوقوف على مستوى التنفيذ ومراحل تقدم العمل، وتشخيص المشكلات والمعوقات التي تؤخر عملية الإنجاز”.
وأضافت، ان “المشروع يتضمن تأهيل وصيانة الطريق العام ( بغداد – الكوت )، الرابط من فلكة الطاقة إلى مدينة بسماية السكنية والمقرر انجازه نهاية العام الحالي بطول ( 7 ) كيلو مترات، مبينا إن الهدف من المشروع هو توفير طريق وفق المواصفات العالمية يُسهل حركة السيارات وسلامتها ولتقيل الإختناقات المرورية، وتحسين مداخل العاصمة بغداد، وكذلك نقل حركة السير من جانب إلى اخر عن طريق توفير جسور فوقانية من شانها التقليل من الحوادث المرورية”.
وأشارت الى ان “نسبة إنجاز المشروع بلغت 62% بكلفة تقدر بنحو (92) مليار دينار ويتضمن إنشاء جسر الرستمية الكونكريتي الثاني، وثلاثة جسور فوقانية في الطريق الرابط بين جسر ديالى إلى فلكة الطاقة”.
وأضافت ان ” المشروع يتضمن توسيع الطريق الرئيس من الطاقة إلى مدينة بسماية من الجانبين بعرض 6 امتار ليكون عرض الطريق النهائي 16 مترا لكل إتجاه وإنشاء الكتف الخارجي بعرض 3 أمتار، مع تطويل القناطر الموجودة فضلا عن إنشاء طريقين خدميين بممررين على الطريق الحالي وبعرض 8 امتار وانشاء كتف خارجي بعرض مترين ونصف المتر بالإتجاهين ذهابا وايابا، وعزل الطريق بجزرة وسطية بعرض اكثر من سبعة امتار وإنشاء جسرين فوقانيين عند مداخل المناطق السكنية وانارتها، وإنشاء ثلاثة جسور مشاة جديدة”.
واوصت وزارة التخطيط بـ”رفع التجاوزات على الطريق بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، و إيجاد حل لموضوع تخصر الطريق عند بوابة بغداد وإعادة النظر بموقع البوابة فضلا عن التاكيد على مديرية الماء التابعة لمحافظة بغداد الإسراع بمصادقة الفحوصات لإنابيب الماء والتأكيد على منع التجاوز على الأعمال المنفذة في فقرة شبكات الماء”.
