أكدت اللجنة المالية النيابية، اليوم الخميس، أن الأسبوع المقبل هو الموعد النهائي لتحويل موازنة 2023 إلى البرلمان.
وقال عضو اللجنة معين الكاظمي ، ان “هناك لمسات أخيرة على مسودة قانون الموازنة من قبل مجلس الوزراء”، لافتا إلى أن “الأسبوع المقبل موعد إقرار الموازنة داخل مجلس الوزراء وتحويلها إلى مجلس النواب”.
وأضاف الكاظمي، أن “الأسبوع المقبل هو الموعد النهائي لتحويل موازنة 2023، وستعكف اللجنة المالية في مجلس النواب على دراسة هذه المسودة من حيث التشغيلية والاستثمارية والإيرادات التي ستبلغ ما يقارب مئة وخمسة وثلاثين تريليون إيرادات نفطية، إضافة للجباية والعجز الحاصل مئة وخمسين إلى مئة وستين تريليون”.
وأشار، إلى أن “هناك جدية من مجلس النواب لإقرارها خلال شهر آذار أو قد تمتد إلى نصف شهر نيسان المقبل”.
وتابع الكاظمي، أنه “خلال مراجعة الموازنة من قبل مجلس النواب أي اللجنة المالية لا بد من أن يكون هناك وجود لممثلين من وزارتي التخطيط والمالية وحتى ممثلين من وزارات أخرى للتعرف على خططهم التنفيذية في الجانب الاستثماري للمحافظات وتنمية الأقاليم للمحافظات والوزارات كذلك”.
وأشار إلى أن “إشراك ممثلين عن الحكومة في مراجعة مسودة القانون لدى مجلس النواب شيء مهم وأساسي لتقريب وجهات النظر ولتوضيح الأمور ولاختصار وقت”.
