عقد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، السيد مصطفى الكاظمي، ظهر الأربعاء، اجتماعا بعدد من ممثلي عشائر ووجهاء محافظة نينوى، وذلك على هامش زيارته الى مدينة الموصل، بمناسبة الذكرى السادسة لاحتلالها من قبل عصابات داعش الإرهابية.
وأكد الكاظمي أن الموصل الحدباء تمثل تأريخا وإرثا حضاريا وإنسانيا، وقد تعرضت لإرهاب عصابات داعش، وجرى تحريرها بعد أن امتزجت دماء العراقيين جميعا في ملحمة بطولية يُفتخر بها.
وشدّد الكاظمي على أهمية التعايش والتنوع في محافظة نينوى، وعدّه ميزة وعنصر قوة لها، وأكد أن نينوى تنهض وتزدهر بتكاتف أبنائها من كلّ الطوائف والإثنيات.
وأشار الكاظمي الى التحديات التي تواجه الحكومة في المرحلة الراهنة، حيث تستنفر كلّ جهودها لمواجهة جائحة كورونا، في ظل أزمة مالية تسبب بها انهيار أسعار النفط العالمية.
وأكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء أن الحكومة ورثت تركة ثقيلة، واستلمت ميزانية خاوية، نتيجة سوء التخطيط والاعتماد الكلي على النفط، وشدد على أن فرص النجاح متوفرة لبناء دولة المواطنة.
