بتغريدة سماحة السيد مقتدى الصدر الأخيرة الذي أكّد فيها على مقاطعته النهائية للانتخابات وعدم التدخل في شأنها، والنصح بحفظ أمن واستقرار العراق، قد خسر الإطار التنسيقي حليف استراتيجي هو “التيار الصدري”، وذلك بالإصرار على إجراء الانتخابات المحلية، الذي خانهم فيها البعد السياسي الاستراتيجي في إدارة الدولة، وذهابهم الى تكتيك مرحلي من خلال الاصرار على إجراء الانتخابات المحلية والاستحواذ على حكوماتها كما حصل مع الحكومة الاتحادية.
في حين ان خيار تأجيل انتخابات مجالس المحافظات ودمجها مع انتخابات مبكرة للبرلمان إلى كانون الأول للسنة القادمة كان متاحًا، وكان سيكسبهم الكثير، وأهمها ثقة الكتل السياسية الأخرى الكردية والسنية وباقي القوى السياسية، وبعِث رسالة اطمئنان عدم تغولهم بالسيطرة على مفاصل الدولة كما يُقرأ الآن، في حين انهم سوف لا يخسرون سوى ستة أشهر من عمر الحكومة الاتحادية، حيث لو أُجريت في نهاية العام القادم سيحتاج اعلان نتائج الانتخابات والمفاوضات بتشكيل الحكومة إلى فترة من ثلاثة أشهر لأربعة، وهذا معناه انهم سوف لا يخسرون سوى ستة أشهر من عمر الحكومة الاتحادية الحالية التي قد استلمت الحكم في تشرين الأول ٢٠٢٢.
وبهذا قد فقدَ الإطار البعد في الرؤية بفقدان حليف استراتيجي، واكتفى بمكاسب مرحلية لا تضمن لهم علو الكعب للمرحلة التي ستأتي بعدها كما يخططون، ظنًا منهم ان سيطرتهم على الحكومة الاتحادية، وعلى الحكومات المحلية في المحافظات سيعطيهم السبق للمرحلة التي تلي هذه المرحلة، متناسين ان التيار الصدري -المنافس السياسي ضمن حدود تأثيرهم- هو تيار عقائدي شعبي تعبوي لا تؤثر فيه مشاركته في الانتخابات من عدمها، بل قد تزيده عددًا وإصرارًا وعزمًا على التنامي أكثر.
