أعلنت مديرية مكافحة إجرام بغداد، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن إلقاء القبض على متهم ابتز فتاة الكترونيا وهددها بنشر صورها.
وذكرت المديرية في بيان أن “مفارز مديرية مكافحة إجرام بغداد تمكنت من إلقاء القبض على متهم لقيامه بابتزاز فتاة الكترونيا وتهديدها بنشر صورها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إذا لم تدفع له مبلغاً من المال”، مشيرة إلى أن “عملية القبض تمت بعد أن استنجدت المشتكية بمفارز مكتب الغزالية لمكافحة الإجرام حول تعرضها لابتزاز الكتروني من قبل أحد الأشخاص، وعلى الفور ولأهمية الموضوع، تم تشكيل فريق عمل لمتابعة الموضوع أثمر عنه التوصل إلى المتهم والقبض عليه”.
وأضافت أن “المتهم اعترف اثناء التحقيق صراحة بقيامه بابتزاز فتاة الكترونيا وتهديدها بنشر صورها مقابل مبالغ مالية، حيث دونت أقواله بالاعتراف ابتدائيا وقضائيا وقرر قاضي التحقيق توقيفه وفق أحكام المادة ٤٣٠ من قانون العقوبات لينال جزاءه العادل “.
